The intimidating appropriation of the classic and public national powers is the confiscation, illicit and immoral, of the Rule of Law and Justice that the lethal of the madness usually execute in their attempt to use them in the form of flares: they will shoot to evade the particles of freedom destined to the benedicta extirpation of its tumorous presence in the world.

 

After so much savage and bloody conflict between those who did not understand «coexistence» [of peace, prosperity, equity, justice and fraternity], less irrational beings have populated the planet to absurdly exterminate themselves. Some claimed to «have the truth», others said they «fought against that of spurious origin» and there were those who appeared with fire extinguishers in the plain where the Ignorance of the World spews and carries out acts to Humanity harmful.

 

In my puberty days, I read a phrase by the Russian writer Fedor Dostoevsky that I still remember: -«Man is a coward and an animal of manners». I am persuaded that the narrator did not insert this reasoning in the fictional plot of Crime and Punishment in order to question the lack of courage of a person to undertake or assume an armed conflict: because, in my opinion, and I presume that he could intellectually commune with me, when less irrational beings suppress speech to settle controversies they do so as cowards. It is more expedient to wield a weapon and impose whims than to brandish reasoning and listen to those who infer your objections. Intelligence is effluvium, a non-physical emanation at which barbarians always take pleasure in targeting: lethal and discretionally shoot down, without cunning and self-confidence to extort or hide. The exercise of Intelligence is civil anger and its antithesis military pustule.

 

Whoever expels a speech is obviously capable of transcribing it, and it is curious that, despite their apparent helplessness, when the lethal capitulate they sign the demands to surrender the harness that materializes the armistice. When they had to evolve towards "peaceful coexistence», our predecessors perverted the concepts and became stubborn in the fight. The act of killing to feed oneself became the consummation of the psychopathological crime. Among the men and women gathered, violence exceeded and what we know as the rule of law had to be established.

 

The territorial ordering, based on the «conquest», «occupation» or «violent domination» of territories was possible through agreements or non-verbal pacts between settlements that were growing population and demographically. It was asserted that the Intelligence had to ally itself with those who, for mercenary pay, were willing to transform themselves into armed guardians of populations threatened by the natural wealth they exploited or by the boom and expansion of their market. And, that ordering conceptually rendered the State Institutionality, of Territory inhabited. This is the embryo of the Rule of Law, with basic and public powers.

 

However, in the postmodern exercise of the power of civil command, progress is made and unfortunately it goes backwards: a fragile limit is set on the behavior of men and women in coexistence and cohabitation. I say fragile inasmuch as it is enough that small groups of lethal [identical to their ancestors] decide to subvert, break in or undertake what has been called insurgency for the Rule of Law to be misappropriated by them. With regard to which I maintain that the intimidating appropriation of the classic and public national powers is the confiscation, illicit and immoral, of the State of Law and Justice that the lethal of the madness usually execute in their attempt to use them in the form of lights of flares: that they will shoot to evade the particles of freedom destined to the benedicta extirpation of their tumorous presence in the world.
